• Purchasing tokens does not create ownership, investment rights, or financial interest in the service.
• Token balances may be adjusted in cases of error, fraud, or abuse.

Payments

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• No payment card details are stored by us.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
• Purchasing tokens only grants virtual in-app credit and does not guarantee leaderboard position.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension or token removal.

Leaderboard

• Leaderboard rankings are based on token balance.
• Rankings may change at any time due to user activity or system adjustments.
• Leaderboard positions are for entertainment purposes only.
• No leaderboard position provides monetary reward, prize, or financial benefit.
• Leaderboard rankings are generated automatically based on token balances and system rules.

Acceptable Use

• No exploiting, cheating, botting, or abusing the system.
• No attempts to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• No impersonation of others or misleading usernames.

Service Availability

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Data & Privacy

• We collect only data necessary to operate the service (e.g. account info, sessions, usage data).
• This may include IP address and device information for security and abuse prevention.
• We use cookies to keep users logged in and maintain sessions.
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe and we do not store card details.
• We do not sell personal data.
• Data is used only to operate, secure, and improve the service.

• This data helps us improve performance and user experience.
